Join us for an educational and interactive session at Barefoot Movement Yoga! We are collaborating with this wonderful yoga studio to bring you an educational and informational session about the effects of pregnancy on the body and how to stay healthy and enjoy the process. Leave understanding the effects of pregnancy, awareness and cues for how to move your body better, and exercises to keep you healthy. This class will be lead by our very own Chelsea Anjeski and Kristin Overton.
